Primary Pet Care Is Moving to Appointments

At Primary Pet Care Fairlawn, we have always been focused on providing convenient, quality care to pets in our community. To meet our clients changing needs, as we reopen we will be moving away from walk-in services and over to an appointment-based schedule.

Transitioning to an appointment-based schedule will begin, November 2nd.

• If you wish to bring your pet in on Monday, Nov. 2nd, or after, please call us to schedule an appointment.
• We will have a very small number of same-day appointments available for sick or injured pets, but please call ahead to ensure we have availability to see your pet.
• To keep everyone safe, we are continuing to provide curbside service.
• Due to a high volume of care requests, appointments are booking out 3 weeks.  

Moving to scheduled appointments allows us to work more efficiently and gives you the peace of mind of knowing when you can expect to be seen. We are excited for you and your pet to join us as we expand our offerings.
